As the Lantern Festival and International Women’s Day draw near, our company organized a handmade craft activity on March 3 titled “Lanterns Illuminate Beautiful Faces, Skillful Hands Paint the Warmth of Spring—2026 ‘Celebrating the Lantern Festival and Welcoming International Women’s Day’ Handcraft Event,” with the aim of promoting traditional culture and enriching the spiritual and cultural lives of our employees. On this joyous occasion, our female staff set aside their work for a moment to gather together, basking in the festive warmth and the company’s heartfelt care amid laughter and merriment.
At the event, the craft instructor meticulously explained the steps and techniques for making lanterns and other handmade crafts, capturing everyone’s full attention and sparking their eager desire to try. Soon after, participants rolled up their sleeves and got to work; under the careful guidance of skilled hands, one exquisite lantern after another and one beautiful handmade piece after another gradually took shape. Gazing at the “masterpieces” they had created with their own hands, everyone wore expressions of profound accomplishment and joy, sharing their creations and exchanging tips and insights. The atmosphere was filled with laughter and warmth, creating a truly harmonious and delightful gathering.
As the event drew to a close, everyone lit the lanterns they had made with their own hands. The soft glow illuminated countless smiling faces, filling the space with vibrant colors and an exuberant springtime atmosphere. Participants eagerly posed for photos, capturing this beautiful moment—after all, in their everyday lives, they, too, shine brightly, illuminating countless corners with their meticulous care and unwavering resilience in their respective roles.
This “Celebrating the Lantern Festival and March 8th” event not only allowed our female employees to experience the charm of traditional handicrafts and relieve work-related stress, but also strengthened the bonds of camaraderie among colleagues.
