2. Expand the quality management team and increase the fine inspection talents.

 

4. production aspects

1. The regional division of factory construction shall be planned, and the key areas such as flowmeter laboratory, flaw detection room and sand blasting room shall be reasonably distributed.

2. Upgrade tooling to improve work efficiency and image.

3. Strengthen military management, strictly implement the reward and punishment system, and improve the quality of employees.

 

5. Project Management

1, management group, the implementation of n group responsibility system, to avoid "big pot rice" and individual combat.

2. Strictly control the progress of the project, keep up with the nodes, and carry out reverse management of the whole process of the project with EPC thinking, so as to be responsible for the customers.

3, strictly implement the terms of the procurement contract, reasonable arrangements for personnel in the factory.
