Project Profile:
The natural gas industry involves national energy security and is closely related to the lifeline of the national economy. The inflection point of my country's natural gas dependence on foreign countries has not yet arrived. In the global oil industry, the transition to low-carbon and new energy is clear in my country.Against the background of the goal of "carbon peak and carbon neutrality", the state has set the tone: thoroughly implement the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's series of important instructions on oil and gas exploration and development, ensure national energy security, vigorously enhance oil and gas exploration and development, and promote high-quality development of the oil and gas industry. The existing domestic natural gas production wellhead metering generally adopts the first separation and then metering technology, the process is complex, the equipment is large, the investment cost is high, can not meet the requirements of miniaturization, skid, fast construction and fast investment, safe production. However, most of the existing multiphase flow measurement technologies at home and abroad use devices with radioactive substances, and the measurement accuracy error is 5% ~ 10%, which is difficult to meet the needs of on-site production management. The above problems and deficiencies have long restricted and troubled the development and management of oil and gas fields (especially shale gas fields). Following the national energy development strategy, relying on the key project of "the belt and road initiative" oil and gas cooperation in Central Asia-the development and construction project of Samandepe gas field in Turkmenistan, Chengdu Huichuan Xinneng Technology Co., Ltd., Southwest Branch of China Petroleum Engineering Construction Co., Ltd. and Sichuan Huishite Energy Equipment Co., Ltd. began to jointly carry out research on technical principles, process structure, separation device and skid-mounted integration in 2016, After five years of technical research, successfully developed a miniaturized high-precision sampling multiphase flow separation and metering device without radioactive source. The main innovation points are as follows:
(1) A sampling multiphase flow separation and metering technology model is established, according to the principle of similarity of flow field and flow state, by installing a sampling multiphase flow separation and metering device on the branch pipeline in parallel with the main pipeline, after sampling, separation and metering, and then converting the metering data of the main pipeline by algorithm, the whole device does not contain radioactive sources, and the gas phase metering accuracy error is ≤ ± 5%;
(2) Research and development of a two-stage cyclone separation process. The sampled multi-phase fluid is evenly distributed after collision and deflection of the first-stage cyclone branch pipe. The uniformly distributed fluid enters the second-stage cyclone separator from tangential direction, with a separation efficiency of> 99%, which provides guarantee for accurate measurement of subsequent phases;
(3) The integrated skid-mounted integrated structure design is adopted to realize miniaturization and skid-mounted, simplify the on-site process flow, realize fast construction and fast investment, and save land resources.
The project not only solves the problems of complex process, large equipment and high investment cost of the traditional separation and measurement technology, but also breaks through the existing multiphase flow measurement technology, which contains potential safety hazards and low measurement accuracy of radioactive sources, and forms a miniaturized high-precision sampling multiphase flow separation and measurement device with independent intellectual property rights, The principle of multiphase flow measurement technology adopted is the first at home and abroad, filling the gap at home and abroad.On June 20, 2023, an expert group composed of Zhao Pujun, chief expert of China Institute of testing technology, gave the evaluation opinion that "the overall achievement has reached the international advanced level".
The project received a total4 patents, including 1 authorized invention patent, 2 authorized utility model patents, 1 authorized design patent and 1 published paper.
The results of the project have been in Turkmenistan, Shunan Gas Mine Anyue Block, Sichuan Changning Shale Gas Field and other oil and gas engineering projects for many years, stable operation, natural gas wellhead gas phase measurement error.≤ ± 5%, liquid phase measurement error is less than ≤ ± 10%, and significant social and economic benefits have been achieved..
