Turkmenistan Amu DaryaAfter the second phase of East Gas Field in Area B is confirmed, in order to ensure the smooth completion of the project, the company has deployed the strongest team to strictly manage the raw material procurement, equipment and material entry inspection, equipment manufacturing, in-plant commissioning, national oil large flow metering station testing, equipment packaging and transportation, and finally completed the task with good quality and quantity, and successfully passed the factory acceptance organized by PetroChina Amu Darya River Branch, CPECC Southwest Branch and SGS.

 

The batch sampling multiphase flow separation metering device passes throughMore than 8000 kilometers of long-distance transportation, successfully arrived at the Turkmenistan project site and installed. However, due to the impact of the epidemic this year, our technicians were unable to go to Turkmenistan for on-site commissioning and transportation, which brought new problems to the commissioning of the equipment. After many times of communication with the project site, we provided on-site debugging plan, software, tutorials, PPT and other materials, carried out necessary remote training for on-site personnel of both sides of the site through the remote conference system, and made full use of online remote tools to provide technical support. Finally, the one-time production was successfully realized, and the measurement accuracy and control performance of the device were approved by the owner.

 

Since 2017, our sampling type multiphase flow separation and metering device has been settled in Turkmenistan, and 9 sets have been successfully put into operation in Turkmenistan. At the same time on November 26, 2020, in the domestic Chuanzhong oil and gas mine high mill phase II project also has two sets of multi-phase flow separation metering device successfully put into operation.

 

The smooth production of these devices not only improves the confidence of our R & D team, but also has important significance for the company's product development.
