The tail gas treatment of Claus unit adopts proprietary process technology. After hydrogenation reduction reaction and solution absorption, concentrated acid gas is extracted and returned to Claus unit, and the sulfur yield reaches more than 99.8. The final tail gas is incinerated and alkali washed to make its SO2 content less than 800 mg/m, and the tail gas emission meets the requirements of "Emission Standard for Air Pollutants from Onshore Oil and Natural Gas Exploitation Industry.
The tail gas treatment unit is mainly composed of hydrogenation reduction system, solution absorption and regeneration system, tail gas incineration and alkali washing system. Some functional units are constructed by modular design and factory prefabrication.
