Molecular Sieve Dehydration Unit
Leveraging the selective adsorption properties of molecular sieves and other adsorbents for target impurities (H₂O and H₂S), particularly in molecular-sieve dehydration, the dew-point can be reduced to as low as 0.1 ppm, thereby meeting stringent purification requirements. Molecular-sieve dehydration units are an indispensable process stage in cryogenic pre-treatment. Moreover, by optimizing the process flow and operating parameters, molecular-sieve dehydration is also employed for CNG recovery and for dehydrating export gas. For molecular-sieve dehydration units with a processing capacity of less than 10 × 10⁴ Nm³/h, the entire unit can be delivered as a skid-mounted package.
The unit primarily comprises key equipment such as filters, drying towers, regeneration systems, and analytical instruments.
