JT Valve Dehydration and Dehydrocarbonization Unit
It is widely used for pipeline gas dehydration, with individual units capable of handling flow rates ranging from 30 to 1,500 × 10⁴ Nm³/d. The unit comprises several functional modules, including high-pressure filtration, absorption and separation, TEG low-pressure regeneration, and TEG storage. The high-pressure filtration, separation, and low-pressure regeneration modules can be prefabricated at the factory and installed on-site.
It is suitable for recovery and treatment at single well stations, with a relatively small scale. The entire system can be skid-mounted, prefabricated in the factory, and rapidly installed on-site, enabling quick commissioning and production start-up.
