Corrosion Test Skid

This device is used to validate online corrosion tests. Through field trials, it investigates the corrosive effects of hydrogen sulfide, carbon dioxide, and ammonium ions in the process medium on materials under various fluid pressure, temperature, and flow rate conditions, thereby validating the discrepancies between laboratory data and field data. This provides a basis for corrosion assessment of materials and welding procedures as well as for the selection of corrosion inhibitors under actual field operating conditions.
